I was not disappointed they are sooooo cute - although I will say if you are going to purchase a pair go a size up - they are made in China so are very much on the small side!

Summer is upon us and festival season is kicking off - with Glastonbury firmly on my mind (30 days and counting), and with this beautiful Mystree waistcoat called the Coachella Crochet Vest, it would be rude not to add a festival vibe to this outfit!

My love for pastels knows no end and the addition of this comfy pink shrug and beautiful baby blue satchel to my wardrobe has made me a very happy girl.
Oh yeah and I finally did an outfit post in these Zara sliders - they too are my kind of perfection! I saw they are selling them in black now too - hmmmmm I'm thinking about it - don't tell my husband!
Looking forward to the weekend - it has been a LONG week.

I know what you are thinking - and YES I am wearing yet another full skirt! It's just one of my many fashion addictions - when I find a shape that suits me I tend to get it in every colour!
This weekend I have been busy planning my summer holidays - we are doing a 10 day driving tour around northern Europe so I am all excited about the crazy things I am going to see and do this summer - holiday planning is my fav thing to do - dreaming of summer is always easier when the sun is shining outside the window.

Yup I am wearing sequins during the day again - it's my new thing! 2014 is gonna be known as that year I wore a LOT of sequins ;-)
Here are my tips for wearing sequins during the day :
Dress down your sequins with a sports lux edge, add trainers or a pair of slip ons and a cute sweatshirt with your sequinned skirts like I did here.
Wear your sequinned top with a pair of distressed denim boyfriend jeans and a bomber for that "thrown together" look - see this outfit for inspiration
Want to wear that sequinned prom dress again but in a totally different way? Wear it with your black leather biker jacket and a pair of black biker boots - seen on me here
In all outfits keep your colours complimentary and have fun with your fabrics!
